Christina is highly competent and personable. She knows the area market well and kept us informed as to developments. Christina helped us price our house in a market that was experiencing a slight economic downturn at the right amount to sell the home and give us good compensation. She provided a list of reliable contractors to repair, fix up the house to selling quality. Christina provided regular updates to us from her offices. Though we were out of state while trying to sell the house, Christina and her office provided on-site management of the property with constant feedback provided to us on a regular basis so that we were informed and could make important decisions to sell the property successfully. I would definitely buy or sell a house with Christina in the future!

Christina was extremely proactive in the purchase of our home. Any questions we had were responded promptly by email, text, phone call and teleconferencing. She is an expert in real estate and treated the purchase as if she was buying the home. This gave us reassurance that she had our best interest at heart. The interaction with her office was equally professional and just as impressive. Her work culture says it all. When you walk into her office and all the staff is smiling and eager to assist, you know she is an excellent employer and realtor.
